Philosophy

I don’t see compliance as the opposite of innovation. I see it as the constraint that forces better design. When handled early, governance and privacy create more durable, more trusted products.

My job is to reduce the gap between what we promise in meetings and what actually exists in code, data and behaviour.

Clarity over theatre

I prefer honest visibility over perfect slides. If a program is at risk, it should be visible early enough for people to act.

Structure that serves people

Governance frameworks should make engineers, analysts and leaders more effective, not drown them in noise.

Trust comes from systems

“We take privacy seriously” is meaningless without concrete evidence in design, releases, access and audits.

Respect for context

Not every organization needs the same level of formality. I tune the rigor to the regulatory context and maturity of the teams.
