Vision
I want AI and data programs to feel less like risky experiments and more like disciplined, high-trust systems. The goal is simple: connect PMO, GRC, privacy, data and AI so the story we tell leaders and regulators is real, not aspirational.
My Journey
Foundations in systems, delivery and detail
Started as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master in healthcare, retail and telecom. The work was about getting the basics right: understanding flows, clarifying requirements, stabilizing releases and protecting teams from noise.
Seeing the risk and privacy gaps
As data volume and complexity grew, the gaps became obvious. Features shipped, but risk, privacy and regulatory exposure weren’t evolving at the same pace. That pulled me into DPIAs, GDPR/CCPA, data mapping and KDE governance.
Owning the bridge: AI, GRC and PMO
Over time I became the bridge between PMO, GRC, privacy, legal, engineering and AI initiatives. Multi-bot GPT platforms, contract intelligence, modernization and governance frameworks all needed one thing: a coherent operating model.
Where I’m heading next
I’m focused on AI governance, compliance-aware delivery and operating model design for AI-heavy organizations. The work is about turning compliance into a structural advantage for velocity and trust.
Use Cases
Concrete projects where AI, GRC and delivery had to align under pressure.
Methodology
How I structure programs so governance and speed reinforce each other.
Philosophy
The principles behind how I lead, decide and design systems.
Research
Where academic models and real delivery patterns meet.
